Thomas Otto Garg passed away at a Sandy nursing home on July 26, 2014.
Thomas was born in Berlin, Germany on September 19, 1946 and immigrated to Utah in 1953. He is preceded in death by his parents Otto Erich Garg and Erna Emma Kuemmel Garg, as well as his sister Heide Rothraut Garg. Thomas graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in History.
He is survived by his brother, Peter Michael Garg and wife Genevieve in Pennsylvania, his sister Angela Linda Beatte Garg Dallin in Colorado and nephews Eric, Erin and Michael.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society
