Vida Rae Russell "Will Be Missed"

Vida Rae Poulsen Russell, died Friday, June 8, 2007, in her home in Salt Lake City, Utah surrounded by her family. She was born December 19, 1925 in Copperfield, Utah, the daughter of Clinton and Vida Knudsen Poulsen. She married William D. Russell in the Salt Lake Temple May 19, 1950. Active member of the LDS church, faithfully serving in many callings. Worked at Woodrow Wilson Elementary as a teaching assistant for many years.

She is survived by her children: Robyn (David Hart), Salt Lake, Renee (Randy B.) Johns, Sandy, Rolayne, Salt Lake, William D., Jr. (Diane H.), Salt Lake and Andrea (Cole)Dickson, Chandler, AZ; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother J. Donald (Dorothy) Poulsen, Midvale. Preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother Kenneth R. Poulsen.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 12:00 P.M. at the East Millcreek Stake Center, 3103 East Craig Drive (3600 South). Friends and family may visit on Sunday evening, June 10, 2007 at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:45 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. at the church prior to services.
