Wallace Timothy Meadows, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on February 14, 2024, in Murray, Utah. He was born on April 23, 1942, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tim was a hardworking individual who left an indelible mark on the construction and auto body repair industries.
In his early career, Tim worked alongside his father as a skilled brick mason. Together, they built homes in Chevy Chase of Murray, Utah, and the surrounding areas. Their dedication and craftsmanship were evident in every project they undertook. Later on, Tim joined Les Jensen's Collision Repair in Midvale where he spent many years honing his skills until his well-deserved retirement.
While Tim was known for his professional achievements, it was his warm personality and genuine love for others that truly set him apart. His kind heart touched the lives of many.
Tim proudly served his country as an enlisted member of the Army and later in the National Guard. His dedication to duty and commitment to serving his fellow countrymen were admirable traits that defined him throughout his life.
When he wasn't working or serving his country, Tim indulged in a variety of hobbies and interests. He had a true passion for fixing up old cars and spent countless hours lovingly restoring them to their former glory. Tim also found solace in nature through hunting and camping adventures. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his children and grandchildren who brought immense happiness into his life.
Tim's thirst for knowledge led him to pursue further education after graduating from Olympus High School. He attended Utah Technical College where he developed expertise in auto body repair—a skill that would serve him well throughout the years.
On February 20, 2024, we will gather to pay our respects to Wallace Timothy Meadows during two solemn events.
