William “Bill” Paul Durborow Jr.

William “Bill” Paul Durborow Jr. was born April 12th, 1964 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Catherine Lousie and William Paul Durborow Sr. He grew up in Middletown with his 3 siblings J.P. , Robert and Maryellen. In June of 1979 they moved to Millcreek, Utah. Bill graduated Granite High School class of ‘82. He joined the Navy in January 1983 and completed Naval Submarine School in Groton, Connecticut on April 21st, 1983. After being honorably discharged from the military in 1990 he settled down in West Jordan, Utah. Bill worked for the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) from 1992 to 2004 when a bus accident forced him into early retirement. Bill spent what time he could serving others, telling jokes, traveling and being with his family. In September of 2022 he came back to Utah to visit family. On October 16th, 2022 he passed away. Bill will be sorely missed by the many people whom’s lives he changed for the better.
He is preceded in death by both his parents and his loving wife Placida “Mariana” Jauregui Durborow. He is survived by his children Nicole, Shi’louette, Cindy, Victor and Daisy; his grandchildren Kaleb and Svea; along with many other family and friends whom he loved dearly.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, November 12th, 2022 at 11 AM at the LDS Church located at 495 E 5600 S Murray, UT. There will not be any public viewings held.
