William "Bill" Dallas MacDonald

January 28, 1949 — May 5, 2024

Brother William "Bill" Dallas MacDonald returned peacefully to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 5, 2024, after a courageous battle with multiple health problems over the past year. He was born January 28, 1949, in Provo, Utah to Cleve Donnell and Mamie Ella (Kilgore) MacDonald.

Bill Married Dorothy Fillmore on January 28, 1984 and sealed their marriage in the Mount Timpanogos Temple on July 16, 2011, in American Fork, Utah.

He was a driver for UTA for eleven years and also traveled around the country driving semi trucks.

Bill was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints and enjoyed family history and temple work. He especially loved serving others and sharing his testimony of Jesus Christ. He was humble and always attributed everything he had in life to his Heavenly Father. He was often found at church activities socializing with friends old and new until long after the activity was over.

He is survived by sons, Scott MacDonald, Shawn MacDonald, and daughter, Billie Kay as well as multiple grand, and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday May 11, 2024, at the Vinyard LDS Chapel at 800 South Geneva Road in Orem, Utah.
