William Troy Winger

On October 15, 2025, the world lost an incredible man after his long and courageous battle with liver disease.

Troy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. His greatest purpose in life was to love, support, and care for his family — and he fulfilled that purpose every single day.

He was the proud owner of the Utah franchise of APPS Paramedical, where he built not just a successful business but a reputation for professionalism, generosity, and integrity. His kindness and quiet strength left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Troy is survived by his loving wife, five incredible children, five cherished grandchildren, his father, his siblings, and his ex-wife, Pam Winger, the mother of his son. Preceded in death by his brother, Benjamin Winger. His love for his family was profound and enduring, and he was a constant source of strength to each of us.

He gave so much of himself — to his family, his work, and his community — and his absence leaves a space that no one else could ever fill. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, laughter, loyalty, and faith will continue to shine through those who knew him best.

A viewing will be held on Monday, October 20th, from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM, followed by chapel services at Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah.

We invite all who knew and loved Troy to join us in honoring his life and legacy. To know him was to be blessed by his presence. We are heartbroken by his passing — but forever grateful for the time we had with him.
